Today was very crummy. The clouds covered the sky and the bitter winds blew in the air making it harder to want to be outside. This is a another shot from the mountains west of Asheville. While the weather was actually colder in this shot, the frozen moment looks like a glorious winter day. It actual was. Any time the sun is out during the winter, everything seems to be a little more cheery. I’m sure the sun will be out again before the season is over (heh heh), but until then I will use this photo to think back on the better days.
Until tomorrow.

I really like the photos, like this, that you are shooting with a wide-angle lens. That full-frame camera of yours really lets you showcase landscapes.
Thanks, Mike. I am enjoy both the lens and the camera a great deal.
